I really love going to Simone Thomas Hairdressers. They really look after you and listen to what you want. They are always making sure I am super happy before I leave. The salon itself is beautiful and has recently had a gorgeous makeover! Totally deserve 5 stars.

Lovely salon! Staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. Jo has done my hair for many years and I can’t recommend her enough , I am always happy with the end result! The salon is always clean, staff had adjusted to the new salon rules well and I was made to feel comfortable. I feel it is value for money due to the excellent service provided. Loving the make over after lockdown!

Where to start really. I’ve been to this salon a fair bit the past few years. Few off putting things here and there (one member of staff asked me to join her pyramid scheme, oh sorry multi level marketing scheme on a few different occasions yes I have the messages to prove it if anyone is in disbelief) things that I was willing to overlook for a good hair cut. My most recent experience was nail in the coffin for me. My hair unfortunately is not what I would say worth over 200. I’m not an expert but you know when your heart drops when you access the situation in the mirror after washing away the smoke and mirror blow out. Colour is more auburn box job than blonde balayage. I have never had to put so much toner on my hair before. I will say this is a beautiful salon and very friendly girls. Not to say every experience has been bad I’ve had some fab experiences here and they do great blow drys for special occasions. I am just being honest about this experience. And I completely understand that places are doing their best to make things appear ‘COVID safe’ however, expecting your clients to not bring a jacket or handbag is ridiculous. And being wrapped in a bin bag also not great alongside given a sandwich bag for my things. Please consider the effect the amount of plastic used per client has on the environment.

Have been here for a few appointments now for colour. Very happy with outcome, never left with the usual forehead or ear tale tale signs of having your hair coloured. Quick and straight to the point appointments ! Thanks ladies !

Firstly i wanted to say how safe and secure my visit to the Simone Thomas (Westbourne) Salon was, i felt extremely COVID safe. This is a fantastic salon i have been coming here for a number of years firstly with Paula and now with Ashleigh. Both ladies are amazing and i would highly recommend them, very knowledgeable, very attentive, polite and talented. Also a shout out to the lovely Manager, Kim, who is always very welcoming and helpful! See you all again soon.
